Needs and Uses: The Commission
will submit this expiring information
collection after this 60 day comment
period to the Office of Management and
Budget (OMB) to obtain the full three
year clearance. There is no change in
the reporting requirements or burden.
Section 15.615 requires entities
operating Access BPL systems shall to
an industry-recognized entity,
information on all existing Access BPL
systems and all proposed Access BPL
systems for inclusion into a publicly
available database, within 30 days prior
to installation of service. Such
information should include the name of
the Access BPL provider; the
frequencies of the Access BPL
operation; the postal ZIP codes served
by the specific Access BPL operation;
the manufacturer and type of Access
BPL equipment and its associated FCC
ID number, contact information; and
proposed/or actual date of operation.

The CSRIC is a Federal Advisory

Committee Act, renewed the charter for
the CSRIC for a period of two years
through March 18, 2015. Each of the ten
Working Groups of this most recentlychartered CSRIC is described in more

The meeting on March 20, 2014, will
be the third meeting of the CSRIC under
the current charter. The FCC will

Possible Violations of Section 10(a)(1) of
the Shipping Act of 1984. Acting
pursuant to Section 11 of the Shipping
