The committee will discuss societal norms, generational differences, changes in cultural dynamics, and sexual attitudes that may impact the Army’s culture. Public Accessibility to the Meeting: Pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 552b, as amended, and 41 CFR § 102–3.140 through 102– 3.165, and subject to the availability of space, this meeting is open to the public. Seating is on a first to arrive basis. SUMMARY: The Department of the Army is publishing this notice to 
announce the following Federal advisory committee meeting of the Army 
Education Advisory Committee. This meeting is open to the public.

DATES: The Army Education Advisory Committee will meet from 8:00 a.m. 
to 5:00 p.m. on April 3, 2014 and from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on April 
4, 2014.
