Abstract: Report of Covered
Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and
Importers allows for fee to be assessed
against entities selling branded
prescription drugs to specified
government agencies, based in part on
controlled group status and credits
allowed for qualified ‘‘orphan drugs’’.
Current Actions: There are no changes
being made to the form at this time.
