III. Date of Effectiveness of the
Proposed Rule Change and Timing for
Commission Action
The foregoing rule change has become
effective pursuant to Section
19(b)(3)(A)(ii) of the Act.6 At any time
within 60 days of the filing of the
proposed rule change, the Commission
summarily may temporarily suspend
such rule change if it appears to the
Commission that such action is
necessary or appropriate in the public
interest, for the protection of investors,
or otherwise in furtherance of the
purposes of the Act. If the Commission
takes such action, the Commission shall
institute proceedings to determine
whether the proposed rule should be
approved or disapproved.
IV. Solicitation of Comments
Interested persons are invited to
submit written data, views, and
arguments concerning the foregoing,
including whether the proposed rule
change is consistent with the Act.

The SBA is issuing this notice
to announce the location, date and time
and agenda for the 3rd quarter meetings
of the National Small Business
Development Center (SBDC) Advisory
Board.
DATES: The meetings for the 3rd quarter
will be held on the following dates:
Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at 1:00pm EST;
Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at 1:00pm EST;
Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at 1:00pm EST.
