The Agency is requesting to reduce its current burden hour estimate associated with this Standard from 2,967,237 to 2,714,085 hours for a total reduction of 253,152 hours. The Agency will summarize any comments submitted in response to this notice and will include this summary in the request to OMB. Type of Review: Extension of a currently approved collection.
