Who Must Report: Reports are
required from each U.S person whose
total covered revenues or total covered
expenses: (a) Were $500,000 or more
during the previous year or (b) are
expected to be $500,000 or more during
the current year. Entities required to
report will be contacted individually by
BEA. Entities not contacted by BEA
have no reporting responsibilities.
What To Report: The survey is
intended to collect information on U.S.
airline operators’ foreign revenues and
expenses. The survey is intended to
collect information on transactions in
the covered services occurring in the
last quarter of calendar year 2013 and in
the first three quarters of calendar year
2014.
How To Report: Reports can be filed
via BEA’s electronic reporting system at
www.bea.gov/efile. Additionally, copies
of the survey forms and instructions,
which contain complete information on
reporting procedures and definitions,
can be obtained from the BEA Web site
at www.bea.gov/surveys/iussurv.htm.

When To Report: Reports are due to
BEA 45 days after the end of each
calendar quarter.

data collection has been approved by
the Office of Management and Budget
(OMB) in accordance with the
Paperwork Reduction Act and assigned
control number 0608–0011. An agency
may not conduct or sponsor, and a
person is not required to respond to, a
collection of information unless it
displays a valid control number
assigned by OMB. The estimated
average annual public reporting burden
for this collection of information is 4

Equipment Technical Advisory
Committee will meet on March 5, 2014,

Building, Room 3884, 14th Street
between Constitution & Pennsylvania
Avenues, NW., Washington, DC. The
Committee advises the Office of the
Assistant Secretary for Export
Administration with respect to technical
questions that affect the level of export
controls applicable to transportation
and related equipment or technology.

1. Welcome and Introductions.
2. Status reports by working group
chairs.
3. Public comments and Proposals.
Closed Session
4. Discussion of matters determined to
be exempt from the provisions relating
to public meetings found in 5 U.S.C.
app. 2 §§ 10(a)(1) and 10(a)(3).
The open session will be accessible
via teleconference to 20 participants on
a first come, first serve basis. To join the
conference, submit inquiries to Ms.
Yvette Springer at Yvette.Springer@
bis.doc.gov no later than February 26,
2014.
A limited number of seats will be
available during the public session of
the meeting. Reservations are not
accepted. To the extent time permits,
members of the public may present oral
statements to the Committee. The public
may submit written statements at any
time before or after the meeting.
However, to facilitate distribution of
public presentation materials to
Committee members, the Committee
suggests that presenters forward the
public presentation materials prior to
the meeting to Ms. Springer via email.
The Assistant Secretary for
Administration, with the concurrence of
the delegate of the General Counsel,
formally determined on December 30,
2013, pursuant to Section 10(d) of the
Federal Advisory Committee Act, as
amended (5 U.S.C. app. 2 § (10)(d)), that
the portion of the meeting dealing with
pre-decisional changes to the Commerce
Control List and U.S. export control
policies shall be exempt from the
provisions relating to public meetings
found in 5 U.S.C. app. 2 §§ 10(a)(1) and
