SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The
exploration activities will be performed
pursuant to the Mineral Leasing Act of
1920, as amended, 30 U.S.C. 201(b), and
to the regulations at 43 CFR part 3410.
The purpose of the exploration program
is to gain additional geologic knowledge
of the coal underlying the exploration
area for the purpose of assessing the
coal resources. The exploration program
is fully described and will be conducted
pursuant to an exploration license and
plan approved by the BLM. The
exploration plan may be modified to
accommodate the legitimate exploration
needs of persons seeking to participate.
Cahaba Resources, LLC, has applied to
the BLM for a coal exploration license
on private surface with federally owned
minerals in Tuscaloosa County,
Alabama.
The lands to be explored for coal
deposits in exploration license ALES
57824 are described as follows:
Huntsville Meridian, Alabama
T. 18 S., R. 9 W.,
Sec. 26, S1⁄2NE1⁄4, E1⁄2SW1⁄4, SE1⁄4;
Sec. 34, SE1⁄4NE1⁄4;
Sec. 35, N1⁄2NE1⁄4, SE1⁄4NE1⁄4, N1⁄2NW1⁄4,
SW1⁄4NW1⁄4, NW1⁄4SW1⁄4, E1⁄2SE1⁄4, and
SW1⁄4SE1⁄4.
Containing 760 acres.
The Federal coal within the lands
described for exploration license ALES
57824 is currently unleased for
development of Federal coal reserves.
The proposed exploration program is
fully described and will be conducted

AGENCY:
In accordance with the
Federal Land Policy and Management
Act and the Federal Advisory
Committee Act of 1972, the U.S.
Department of the Interior, Bureau of
Land Management (BLM) Northwest
Colorado Resource Advisory Council
(RAC) will meet as indicated below.
DATES: The Northwest Colorado RAC
scheduled a meeting from 10 a.m. to 3
p.m. March 6, 2014, with public
comment periods regarding matters on
the agenda at 11:15 a.m. and 2 p.m. A
specific agenda will be available before
the meeting at www.blm.gov/co/st/en/
BLM_Resources/racs/nwrac.html.
ADDRESSES: The meeting will be held at
the BLM Colorado River Valley Field
Office, 2300 River Frontage Road, Silt,
CO 81652.

The State Historical Society of
Wisconsin has completed an inventory
of human remains, in consultation with
the appropriate Indian tribes or Native
Hawaiian organizations, and has
determined that there is no cultural
affiliation between the human remains
and any present-day Indian tribes or
Native Hawaiian organizations.
Representatives of any Indian tribe or
Native Hawaiian organization not
identified in this notice that wish to
request transfer of control of these
human remains should submit a written
request to the State Historical Society of
Wisconsin. If no additional requestors
come forward, transfer of control of the
human remains to the Indian tribes or
Native Hawaiian organizations stated in
this notice may proceed.
DATES: Representatives of any Indian
tribe or Native Hawaiian organization
not identified in this notice that wish to
request transfer of control of these
human remains should submit a written
request with information in support of
the request to the State Historical
Society of Wisconsin at the address in
