information collection is used to
determine the eligibility of prospective
program participants and in binding
contracts between purchasers of
acquired single family assets and HUD
through the Dollar Home Sales Program.
The sale of these properties makes it
possible for local government to
rehabilitate the homes and make them
available as low and moderate income
housing.
