L. 111–117), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is publishing this notice to advise the public of the availability of the FY 2013 Service Contract inventory. This inventory provides information on service contract actions over $25,000 that were made in FY 2013. The information is organized by function to show how contracted resources are distributed throughout the agency. The inventory has been developed in accordance with guidance issued on November 5, 2010 and December 19, 2011 available at https:// www.whitehouse.gov/omb/procurementservice-contract-inventories by the Office of Management and Budget’s Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP). Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act is adjusted annually. The adjustment to the indicator is based on the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers published annually by the U.S. Department of Labor. For disasters declared on January 1, 2014, through December 31, 2014, the qualifying indicator is $135 per capita of State population. This adjustment is based on an increase of 1.5 percent in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers for the 12-month period that ended December 2013.
