matters relating to the operation of the
Uniform Code of Military Justice
throughout the Armed Forces.

will maintain and track the pay of
Department of Defense (DoD) Nonappropriated fund civilian employees in
the following agencies: Department of
the Army, National Security Agency
(NSA), the Defense Logistics Agency
(DLA) and Defense Finance and
Accounting Service-Texarkana.
DATES: This proposed action will be
effective on February 27, 2014 unless
comments are received which result in
a contrary determination. Comments
