SUMMARY: The Defense Finance and Accounting Service proposes to alter a 
system of records, T7206 entitled ``Non-appropriated Funds Central 
Payroll System (NAFCPS'' in its inventory of record systems subject to 
the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended. This system will maintain and 
track the pay of Department of Defense (DoD) Non-appropriated fund 
civilian employees in the following agencies: Department of the Army, 
National Security Agency (NSA), the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and 
Defense Finance and Accounting Service-Texarkana.

DATES: This proposed action will be effective on February 27, 2014 
unless comments are received which result in a contrary determination.
