property owners at the Lookout at Lake
Chelan, a residential development on
Lake Chelan’s north shore. The 12,773
square-foot facility would be
constructed on private property (29%)
and Washington Department of Natural
Resources leased land (71%). The
application details proposed
compensatory mitigation. No dredging
or fill would occur, and no fuel facilities
are proposed.
