service is available; (b) the cost per
month for basic tier service; and (c) a
list of all services included in the basic
service tier. These notification
requirements are to ensure the
subscribers are made aware of the
availability of basic cable service at the
time of installation.

be made for any additional time as may
be necessary to restore normal
operations.
