These revisions concern negative declarations for volatile organic compound (VOC) source categories for the EDAQMD. We are proposing to approve these negative declarations under the Clean Air Act as amended in 1990 (CAA or the Act). DATES: Any comments on this proposal must arrive by February 13, 2014.
