This notice is provided
pursuant to section 2905(b)(7)(B)(ii) of
the Defense Base Closure and
Realignment Act of 1990. It provides the
point of contact, address, and telephone
number for the Local Redevelopment
Authority (LRA) for the Pueblo
Chemical Depot, Colorado. The Pueblo
Depot Activity Development Authority
was recognized as the LRA by the
Secretary of Defense, acting through the
Department of Defense, Office of
Economic Adjustment (OEA) on June
29, 1995. The Army Surplus Property
Notice for the Pueblo Chemical Depot
was published in the Federal Register
on December 20, 2013 (78 FR 77108).
Representatives of state and local
governments, homeless providers, and
other parties interested in the
redevelopment of the installation
should contact this LRA.
SUMMARY:
The

SUMMARY:
This
public meeting is being held under the
provisions of the Federal Advisory
Committee Act of 1972 (5 U.S.C.,
Appendix, as amended), the
Government in the Sunshine Act of
1976 (5 U.S.C. 552b, as amended), and
41 CFR 102–3.150.
Purpose of the Meeting: At this
meeting, the Panel will deliberate on the
National Defense Authorization Act for
Fiscal Year 2013 (Pub. L. 112–239),
Section 576(a)(1) requirement to
conduct an independent review and
assessment of the systems used to
investigate, prosecute, and adjudicate
crimes involving adult sexual assault
and related offenses under 10 U.S.C. 920
(article 120 of the Uniform Code of
Military Justice), for the purpose of
developing recommendations regarding
how to improve the effectiveness of
such systems. The Panel is interested in
written and oral comments from the
public, including non-governmental
organizations, relevant to this tasking.
