Among other things, NuStar seeks approval of its transportation and deficiency agreement for Committed Shippers including priority transportation rights and prorationing provisions of its pro forma tariff, all as more fully explained in the petition. The estimated annual generation of the project would range between 13 gigawatt-hours (GWh) and 26 GWh.
