ACTION: Notice of Charter Renewal for
Arts and Artifacts Indemnity Panel
Advisory Committee.
AGENCY:
Pursuant to section 9(a)(2) of
the Federal Advisory Committee Act (5
U.S.C. App.) and its implementing
regulations, 41 CFR 102–3.65, the
Federal Council on the Arts and the
Humanities (the Council) gives notice
that the Charter for the Arts and
Artifacts Indemnity Panel advisory
committee was renewed for an
additional two-year period on
November 26, 2013. The Council
determined that renewing the advisory
committee is in the public interest in
connection with the duties imposed on
the Council by the Arts and Artifacts
Indemnity Act, 20 U.S.C. 971 et seq., as
amended.

This meeting will discuss
applications for the Kluge Fellowships
grant program, submitted to the division
of Research Programs.
Because these meetings will include
review of personal and/or proprietary
financial and commercial information
given in confidence to the agency by
grant applicants, the meetings will be
closed to the public pursuant to sections
552b(c)(4) and 552b(c)(6) of Title 5,
U.S.C., as amended. I have made this

on service delivery, the U.S. Nuclear
Regulatory Commission (NRC) has
submitted a Generic Information
Collection Request (Generic ICR):
‘‘Generic Clearance for the Collection of
Qualitative Feedback on Agency Service
Delivery’’ to OMB for approval under
the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) (44
U.S.C. 3501 et. seq.).

January 9, 2014.
