ACTION:
The information collection
described below will be submitted to
the Office of Management and Budget
(OMB) for review, as required by the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44
U.S.C. Chapter 35, as amended). The
Tennessee Valley Authority is soliciting
public comments on this renewal of an
existing information collection as
provided by 5 CFR Section 1320.8(d)(1).

intention to request the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB)
approval to renew an information
collection. The Federal Register Notice
with a 60-day comment period soliciting
comments on the following collection of
information was published on
September 24, 2013, vol. 78, no. 185,
page 58597. A final rule published on
February 13, 2007 (72 FR 6883) set
safety and oversight rules for a broad
variety of sightseeing and commercial
air tour flights. This final rule improved
the overall safety of commercial air
tours by requiring all air tour operators
to abide by the safety provisions found
in 14 CFR Part 136.
