U.S.C. 824e, 825e and 825h and Rules
206 of the Rules of Practice and
Procedure of the Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission (Commission),
18 CFR 385.206, Arkansas Electric
Corporation (Complainant) filed a
formal complaint against Oklahoma Gas
and Electric Company (Respondents),
alleging that the Respondent’s
Production Formula Rate is unjust and
unreasonable and requests that the
Commission set it for an evidentiary
hearing, as more fully explained in the
complaint.
