(MISO) clarified several aspects of its proposal and suggested certain modifications to its initially proposed revisions to its Open Access Transmission, Energy, and Operating Reserve Markets Tariff (Tariff). MISO offered to file these changes to its Tariff, if so directed by the Commission in a further order in this proceeding. Staff requests that MISO specify any such further Tariff revisions in its posttechnical conference comments, and that parties who choose to file posttechnical conference comments or reply comments take these potential Tariff revisions into account, and respond to them as appropriate, in the course of formulating their written submissions.     This notice establishes the location and date for the workshop 
directed by the Commission in Chehalis Power Generating, L.P., Docket

public utilities filing reactive power rate schedules for which there
