The workshop is intended to explore the mechanics of public utilities filing reactive power rate schedules for which there is no compensation. The workshop will be led by Commission staff. A subsequent notice detailing the topics to be discussed will be issued in advance of the workshop. (MISO) clarified several aspects of its proposal and suggested certain modifications to its initially proposed revisions to its Open Access Transmission, Energy, and Operating Reserve Markets Tariff (Tariff). MISO offered to file these changes to its Tariff, if so directed by the Commission in a further order in this proceeding.
