VerDate Mar<15>2010 17:33 Nov 15, 2013 Jkt 232001 BILLING CODE 7555–01–P NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION [NRC–2013–0225] Physical Security—Design Certification and Operating Reactors On September 30, 2013, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) published a request for public comment on draft revision of NUREG– 0800, ‘‘Standard Review Plan for the Review of Safety Analysis Reports for Nuclear Power Plants,’’ LWR Edition: Section 13.6.2, ‘‘Physical Security— Design Certification and Operating Reactors.’’ The public comment period was originally scheduled to close on October 30, 2013. The Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) submitted a letter on October 9, 2013 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML13291A261), requesting an extension of the public comment period on this section until November 29, 2013. The NRC has decided to extend the public comment period on this document to allow more time for members of the public to assemble and submit their comments. DATES: The comment period has been extended and now closes on November 29, 2013. Comments received after this date will be considered, if it is practical to do so, but the NRC is able to ensure consideration only for comments received on or before this date.
