Land Management (BLM) invites public
comments on, and plans to request
approval to continue, the collection of
information on the purchases of crude
helium by Federal helium suppliers
from the BLM and the amount of refined
helium supplied by them to Federal
agencies and their contractors. The
Office of Management and Budget
(OMB) has assigned control number
1004–0179 to this information
collection.

of 1996 (Pub. L. 104–273, 74 Stat. 918),
and 43 CFR part 3195.
