Under this initiative, CADCA will provide training and technical assistance to a large number of community leaders across the country who are committed to behavioral health (i.e., prevention, recovery, resilience, and wellness); and address current issues related to the prevention and treatment of substance abuse, and/or mental disorders across the nation. Conference and training activities supported through this cooperative agreement include SAMHSA’s Prevention Day, the Community AntiDrug Coalitions of America’s (CADCA) National Leadership Forum, and CADCA’s Mid-Year Training Institute.
