Due to the lapse in appropriations and subsequent federal government shutdown, the Board decided to postpone the meeting and hearing to a future date. The Board was unable to publish notice of the postponement in the Federal Register due to the shutdown. The Board has now decided on a new time and date for the proceeding. There is no change to the hearing location or the matters to be considered that were originally described in the Board’s August 13, 2013, notice cited above.
