CFR 404.7(a)(1)(i). NASA hereby gives
notice of its intent to grant an exclusive
license in the United States to practice
the invention described and claimed in
U.S. Patent Application Serial No. 13/
874,182 entitled Hermetic Seal Leak
Detection Apparatus and U.S. Patent
No. 8,448,498 entitled Hermetic Seal

Advisory Council (NAC). This
Committee reports to the NAC. The

soliciting, from the scientific
community and other persons, scientific
and technical information relevant to
program planning.
