    Description of Relief Sought:
    Petitioner seeks an amendment to Exemption No. 10376, which permits 
relief from the requirements that passenger emergency exits have a 
means to view outside conditions under all lighting situations for

exits, and the main-deck exits located at doors 1, 2, 4 and 5. The
