This information collection renewal
request based on an estimated 19,845
burden hours per year for the Database
is a decrease of 17,284 hours since this
collection of information was last
approved by OMB in 2011. The decrease
in burden is due primarily to the fact
that the number of responses was
overestimated in our original request.
