Other federal agencies take part in Council activities including the Departments of Agriculture, Defense, the Interior, and the Substance and Mental Health Services Administration of HHS. Meeting Agenda The preliminary agenda for this meeting includes presentations on and discussion of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and its implications for adolescent and young adult populations, including youth transitioning from juvenile justice and child welfare systems. In addition, it is anticipated that member agencies and practitioners will provide updates on activities of relevance to the Council.
