Teams will meet in Seattle, WA.

DATES: The meetings will be held November 18-22, 2013. The meetings 
will begin at 9 a.m., November 18, and continue through Friday November 
22, 2013.

Center, 7600 Sand Point Way NE., Building 4, Observer Training Room
