availability of the Tualatin River
National Wildlife Refuge (refuge) final
comprehensive conservation plan (CCP).
The CCP includes our finding of no
significant impact (FONSI) for the
associated environmental assessment
(EA). In this final CCP, we describe how
we will manage the refuge for the next
15 years.
