operative for 30 days from date on

At any time within 60 days of the
filing of the proposed rule change, the
Commission summarily may
temporarily suspend such rule change if
it appears to the Commission that such
action is necessary or appropriate in the
public interest, for the protection of
investors, or otherwise in furtherance of
the purposes of the Exchange Act. If the
Commission takes such action, the
Commission shall institute proceedings
to determine whether the proposed rule
should be approved or disapproved.

Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient
Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy
for Users, August 10, 2005, and

2012, was created to advise the
Secretary of Transportation on all
matters relating to the study,

and Introductions, (2) Safety Pilot
Update, (3) Review of Deployment
Incentives Report, (4) Review of Draft
Final Recommendations, and (5) Next
Steps and Remaining Tasks.
The web conference will be open to
the public, but limited conference lines
will be available on a first-come, firstserved basis. Members of the public
who wish to participate in the web
conference must request approval from
Mr. Stephen Glasscock, the Committee
Designated Federal Official, at (202)
