No comments or objections have been received. DEA has considered the factors in 21 U.S.C. 823(a) and determined that the registration of Chemtos, LLC., to manufacture the listed basic classes of controlled substances is consistent with the public interest at this time. DEA has investigated Chemtos, LLC., to ensure that the company’s registration is consistent with the public interest. The Department of Labor (DOL) is submitting the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs (OWCP) sponsored information collection request (ICR) titled, ‘‘Survivor’s Form for Benefits under the Black Lung Benefits Act,’’ to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval for continued use, without change, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995.
