    On October 11, 2013, Enable Gas Transmission, LLC (Enable) filed 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission) an 
application under section 7 of the Natural Gas Act and Sections 157.205 
and 157.208(f)(2) of the Commission's regulations and Enable's
