In accordance with the
Federal Land Policy and Management
Act and the Federal Advisory
Committee Act of 1972 (FACA), the U.S.
Department of the Interior, Bureau of
Land Management (BLM) Southwest
Colorado Resource Advisory Council
(RAC) is scheduled to meet as indicated
below.
DATES: The Southwest Colorado RAC
meeting will be held on November 15,
2013, in Dolores, Colorado.
ADDRESSES: The Southwest Colorado
RAC meeting will be held November 15,
2013, at the Dolores Public Lands
Center, 29211 Highway 184, Dolores,
CO 81323. The meeting will begin at 9
a.m. and adjourn at approximately 4
p.m. A public comment period
regarding matters on the agenda will be
held at 11:30 a.m.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The
Southwest Colorado RAC advises the
Secretary of the Interior, through the
BLM, on a variety of public land issues
in Colorado. Topics of discussion for all
Southwest Colorado RAC meetings may
include field manager and working
group reports, recreation, fire
management, land use planning,
invasive species management, energy
and minerals management, travel
management, wilderness, land exchange
proposals, cultural resource
management and other issues as
appropriate.
These meetings are open to the
public. The public may present written
comments to the RACs. Each formal
RAC meeting will also have time, as
identified above, allocated for hearing
public comments. Depending on the
number of persons wishing to comment
and time available, the time for
individual oral comments may be
limited.

published once a week for four
consecutive weeks in the Bristol Bay

DATES: Any party claiming a property
interest in the lands affected by the
decision may appeal the decision in
accordance with the requirements of 43
CFR part 4 within the following time
limits:
1. Unknown parties, parties unable to
be located after reasonable efforts have
been expended to locate, parties who
fail or refuse to sign their return receipt,
and parties who receive a copy of the
decision by regular mail which is not
certified, return receipt requested, shall
have until November 21, 2013 to file an
appeal.
2. Parties receiving service of the
decision by certified mail shall have 30
days from the date of receipt to file an
appeal.
Parties who do not file an appeal in
accordance with the requirements of 43
CFR part 4 shall be deemed to have
waived their rights. Notices of appeal
transmitted by electronic means, such as
facsimile or email, will not be accepted
as timely filed.

information collection (IC) described
below. As required by the Paperwork
Reduction Act of 1995 and as part of our
continuing efforts to reduce paperwork
and respondent burden, we invite the
general public and other Federal
agencies to take this opportunity to
comment on this IC. This IC is
scheduled to expire on February 28,
2014. We may not conduct or sponsor
and a person is not required to respond
to a collection of information unless it
displays a currently valid OMB control
number.
