This information must include the location and date of the operation; (b) The employer can notify OTPCA at OSHA’s national headquarters of pending chimney-related construction operations by: (i) Telephone at 202 639–2110; (ii) Facsimile at 202 693–1644; or (iii) Email at VarianceProgram@ dol.gov (c) To assist OSHA in administering the conditions of this variance, the employer must exercise due diligence by informing OTPCA at OSHA’s national headquarters as soon as possible after it has knowledge that it will: (i) Cease to do business; (ii) Change the location and address of the main office for managing the activities covered by this variance; or (iii) Transfer the activities covered by this variance to a successor company.
