The authority citation for part 532 continues to read as follows: ■ The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is issuing a final rule to define Vanderburgh County, IN, as an area of application county to the St. Clair, IL, nonappropriated fund (NAF) Federal Wage System (FWS) wage area. This change is necessary because there are two NAF FWS employees working in Vanderburgh County, and the county is not currently defined to a NAF wage area. DATES: Effective date: This regulation is effective on October 1, 2013. Applicability date: This change applies on the first day of the first applicable pay period beginning on or after October 31, 2013.
