SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Committee was established September 2, 1999. The Committee advises the Director of BEA on matters related to the development and improvement of BEA’s national, regional, industry, and international economic accounts, especially in areas of new and rapidly growing economic activities arising from innovative and advancing technologies, and provides recommendations from the perspectives of the economics profession, business, and government. This will be the Committee’s twenty-sixth meeting. SUMMARY: County Airport Authority, grantee of FTZ 83, requesting subzone status for the facility of VF Jeanswear located in Hackleburg, Alabama. The application was submitted pursuant to the provisions of the Foreign-Trade Zones Act, as amended (19 U.S.C. 81a–81u), and the regulations of the Board (15 CFR part 400). It was formally docketed on September 19, 2013. The proposed subzone (18.6 acres) is located at 35615 U.S. Highway 43 in Hackleburg. No authorization for production activity has been requested at this time. The proposed subzone would be subject to the existing activation limit of FTZ 83. In accordance with the Board’s regulations, Camille Evans of the FTZ Staff is designated examiner to review the application and make recommendations to the Executive Secretary. Public comment is invited from interested parties. Submissions shall be addressed to the Board’s Executive Secretary at the address below. The closing period for their receipt is November 6, 2013. Rebuttal comments in response to material submitted during the foregoing period may be submitted during the subsequent 15-day period to November 21, 2013. Approval of Subzone Status, Hardinger Transfer Co., Erie and 
Grove City, Pennsylvania

    On July 24, 2013, the Executive Secretary of the Foreign-Trade 
Zones (FTZ) Board docketed an application submitted by the Erie Western 
Pennsylvania Port Authority, grantee of FTZ 247, requesting subzone 
status subject to the existing activation limit of FTZ 247, on behalf 
of Hardinger Transfer Co., in Erie and Grove City, Pennsylvania.
    The application was processed in accordance with the FTZ Act and 
Regulations, including notice in the Federal Register inviting public 
comment (78 FR 45911, 7-30-2013). The FTZ staff examiner reviewed the 
application and determined that it meets the criteria for approval. 
Pursuant to the authority delegated to the FTZ Board Executive 
Secretary (15 CFR Sec. 400.36(f)), the application to establish Subzone 
247C is approved, subject to the FTZ Act and the Board's regulations, 
including Section 400.13, and further subject to FTZ 247's 530-acre 
activation limit.
