SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Committee was established September 2, 1999. The Committee advises the Director of BEA on matters related to the development and improvement of BEA’s national, regional, industry, and international economic accounts, especially in areas of new and rapidly growing economic activities arising from innovative and advancing technologies, and provides recommendations from the perspectives of the economics profession, business, and government. This will be the Committee’s twenty-sixth meeting. SUMMARY: County Airport Authority, grantee of FTZ 83, requesting subzone status for the facility of VF Jeanswear located in Hackleburg, Alabama. The application was submitted pursuant to the provisions of the Foreign-Trade Zones Act, as amended (19 U.S.C. 81a–81u), and the regulations of the Board (15 CFR part 400). It was formally docketed on September 19, 2013. The proposed subzone (18.6 acres) is located at 35615 U.S. Highway 43 in Hackleburg. No authorization for production activity has been requested at this time. The proposed subzone would be subject to the existing activation limit of FTZ 83. In accordance with the Board’s regulations, Camille Evans of the FTZ Staff is designated examiner to review the application and make recommendations to the Executive Secretary. Public comment is invited from interested parties. Submissions shall be addressed to the Board’s Executive Secretary at the address below. The closing period for their receipt is November 6, 2013. Rebuttal comments in response to material submitted during the foregoing period may be submitted during the subsequent 15-day period to November 21, 2013. A copy of the application will be available for public inspection at the Office of the Executive Secretary, Foreign-Trade Zones Board, Room 21013, U.S. Department of Commerce, 1401 Constitution Avenue NW., Washington, DC 20230–0002, and in the ‘‘Reading Room’’ section of the Board’s Web site, which is accessible via www.trade.gov/ftz.     On May 21, 2013, Roper Corporation submitted a notification of 
proposed production activity to the Foreign-Trade Zones (FTZ) Board for 
its facility within Subzone 26G, in Lafayette, Georgia.
    The notification was processed in accordance with the regulations 
of the FTZ Board (15 CFR part 400), including notice in the Federal 
Register inviting public comment (78 FR 33809, June 5, 2013). The FTZ 
Board has determined that no further review of the activity is 
warranted at this time. The production activity described in the
