The NTP prepares the RoC on behalf of the Secretary of Health and Human Services. The NTP follows an established, four-part process for preparation of the RoC (https:// ntp.niehs.nih.gov/go/rocprocess). Published biennially, each edition of the RoC is cumulative and consists of substances newly reviewed in addition to those listed in previous editions.
