The notification was processed in
accordance with the regulations of the

I. Abstract
This collection of information
provides a means to authorize approved
imports to the U.S. to be transhipped to
another destination instead of being
imported to the U.S. as approved on an
International Import Certificate. A
triangular symbol is stamped on import
certificates as notification that the
importer does not intend to import or
retain the items in the country issuing
the certificate, but that, in any case, the
items will not be delivered to any other
destination except in accordance with
the Export Administration Regulations.

The stamped certificate is submitted
to BIS in paper form.
