Notice of meeting.
Notice is hereby given,
pursuant to the provisions of the rules
and regulations of the U.S. Commission
on Civil Rights (Commission) and the
Federal Advisory Committee Act that
the Illinois Advisory Committee
(Committee) will hold a fact finding
meeting on Monday, September 23,
2013, for the purpose of gathering
information and hearing
recommendations regarding the civil
rights implications of the
comprehensive immigration reform bill
on Illinois’ immigrant communities. The
purpose of the meeting will be to hear
statements about whether the bill, if
passed, would or could disparately
impact categories of individuals or
create unequal opportunities. The
meeting will also address whether the
bill remedies existing civil rights
concerns of immigrant communities.
The testimony presented at the meeting
will address these research goals.
Members of the public are invited and
welcomed to make statements into the
record at the meeting starting at 4:00
p.m. Members of the public are also
entitled to submit written comments;
the comments must be received in the
regional office by October 23, 2013.

the National Immigrant Justice Center
and Advancing Justice-Chicago, and
other experts representing various
viewpoints and positions on the topic.

Certain Frozen Fish Fillets From the
Socialist Republic of Vietnam:
Preliminary Results of the
Antidumping Duty Administrative
Review and New Shipper Review;
2011–2012
Import Administration,
International Trade Administration,
Department of Commerce.
SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce
(the ‘‘Department’’) is conducting the
ninth administrative review and
eleventh new shipper review (‘‘NSR’’) of
the antidumping duty order on certain
frozen fish fillets (‘‘fish fillets’’) from the
Socialist Republic of Vietnam
(‘‘Vietnam’’).1 The Department has
preliminarily determined that new
shipper review respondent, Golden
Quality Seafood Corporation (‘‘Golden
Quality’’), as well as administrative
review mandatory respondents, Hung
Vuong Group (‘‘HVG’’) 2 and Vinh Hoan
Corporation (‘‘Vinh Hoan’’),3 sold
subject merchandise in the United
States at prices below normal value
(‘‘NV’’) during the period of review
(‘‘POR’’) August 1, 2011, through July
31, 2012. If these preliminary results are
adopted in the final results, the
Department will instruct U.S. Customs
and Border Protection (‘‘CBP’’) to assess
antidumping duties on all appropriate
entries of subject merchandise during
the POR. Interested parties are invited to
comment on these preliminary results.

SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the
