SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice
of the President’s major disaster
declaration for the State of Alaska, dated
06/25/2013 is hereby amended to
extend the deadline for filing
applications for physical damages as a
result of this disaster to 09/25/2013.
All other information in the original
declaration remains unchanged.

No. 236–3 of August 28, 2000, and, as
appropriate, Delegation of Authority No.
257 of April 15, 2003, I hereby
determine that the objects to be
included in the exhibition ‘‘American
Adversaries: West and Copley in a
Transatlantic World,’’ imported from
abroad for temporary exhibition within
the United States, are of cultural
significance. The objects are imported
pursuant to loan agreements with the
foreign owners or custodians. I also
determine that the exhibition or display
of the exhibit objects at the Museum of
Fine Arts, Houston, Houston, Texas,
from on or about October 6, 2013, until
on or about January 19, 2014, and at
possible additional exhibitions or
venues yet to be determined, is in the
national interest. I have ordered that
Public Notice of these Determinations
be published in the Federal Register.

Monday, October 21 and Tuesday,
October 22, 2013 in Washington, DC.
The meeting will be held at the Michael
K. Young Faculty Conference Center,
George Washington University Law
School, 2000 H Street NW., Washington
DC 20052. The program is scheduled to
run from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on
Monday and from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
on Tuesday.

discussion will focus on a number of
areas, e.g., international family law;
micro, small and medium enterprises;
