Multiple stakeholders including the Responsible Energy Codes Alliance, National Association of State Energy Officials, Building Codes Assistance Project, and NYSERDA requested, DOE to extend the comment period to allow additional time to review the RFI and submit comments. DOE has determined that reopening the public comment period in response to the requests is appropriate and hereby re-opens the comment period and extends it to September 30, 2013.
