AGENCY:
ACTION:
The Coast Guard will enforce
a Special Local Regulation for the
Clarksville Riverfest marine event on
the Cumberland River mile markers
125.0–126.0 from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00
p.m. on September 7, 2013. This action
is necessary to safeguard participants
and spectators, including all crews,
vessels, and persons on navigable
waters, during the Clarksville Riverfest
marine event. During the enforcement
period, entry into, transiting or
anchoring in the Special Local
Regulation is prohibited to all vessels
not registered with the sponsor as
participants or official patrol vessels,
unless specifically authorized by the
Captain of the Port (COTP) Ohio Valley
or a designated representative.
DATES: The regulations in 33 CFR
100.801 will be enforced from 8:00 a.m.
until 1:00 p.m. on September 7, 2013.

2013 from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
Under the provisions of 33 CFR
100.801, entry into the safety zone listed
in Table 1, Table No. 30; Sector Ohio
Valley, No. 30 is prohibited unless
authorized by the Captain of the Port or
a designated representative. Persons or
vessels desiring to enter into or passage
through the Safety Zone must request
permission from the Captain of the Port
or a designated representative. If
permission is granted, all persons and
vessels shall comply with the
instructions of the Captain of the Port or
designated representative.

Temporary final rule.
AGENCY:
ACTION:
The Coast Guard is
establishing a temporary special local
regulation for the waters of the
Cumberland River beginning at mile
marker 157.0 and ending at mile marker
159.0, extending bank to bank. This
zone is necessary to protect the
swimmers participating in the
Nashvegas Triathlon on the Cumberland
River. Entry into this area is prohibited
unless specifically authorized by the
Captain of the Port (COTP) Ohio Valley
or designated representative.
DATES: This rule is effective from 6:00
a.m. to 11:30 a.m. September 7, 2013.
