invites public comments about our
intention to request the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB)
approval to renew an information
collection. The FAA Office of the
Associate Administrator for Commercial
Space Transportation (AST) conducts
this survey in order to obtain industry
input on customer service standards
which have been developed and
distributed to industry customers.
