classroom teaching methods impact
program outcomes. The data will also be
used to identify those policies and
techniques that are most effective so
they may be shared program-wide.

financial system of record and the single
source for consolidated financial
information for the Navy civilian
employees. It will support the core
financial requirements for the Work
Year and Personnel Cost Reporting.
