indemnity on any unit, you must notify
us at least 15 days prior to the beginning
of harvest or immediately if damage is
discovered during harvest so that we
may have an opportunity to inspect
unharvested trees. You must not sell or
dispose of the damaged insured crop
until after we have given you written
consent to do so. If you fail to meet the
requirements of this section, all such
production will be considered
undamaged and included as production
to count.

(f) If you elect the frost protection
option and we determine that frost
protection equipment, as specified in
the Special Provisions, was not properly
utilized or not properly reported, the
indemnity for the unit will be reduced

date for each period the frost protection
equipment was used.

AGENCY:
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory
Commission (NRC) is correcting a final
rule that was published in the Federal
Register on June 20, 2013, and effective
on July 22, 2013. The final rule
amended the NRC’s environmental
protection regulations by updating the
Commission’s 1996 findings on the
environmental effect of renewing the
operating license of a nuclear power
plant. Compliance with the provisions
of the rule is required by June 20, 2014.
This correcting amendment is necessary
to clarify and correct the revisions made
to the statutory authority that is cited in
the authority citation of the final rule.

I. Discussion
On June 20, 2013 (78 FR 37281), the
NRC published a final rule in the
Federal Register amending its
environmental protection regulations by
updating the Commission’s 1996
findings on the environmental effect of
renewing the operating license of a
nuclear power plant. This document is
necessary to clarify and correct the
revisions made to the statutory authority
that is cited in the authority citation for
part 51 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal
Regulations (10 CFR). The revisions
made to the authority citation in the
final rule were administrative in nature
and did not change the statutory
authority. The authority citation for 10
CFR part 51 is corrected by inserting
missing punctuation and changing
incorrect punctuation.
