Notice of creation of a new system of records. AGENCY: ACTION: Pursuant to the provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended (5 U.S.C. 552a), the Department of the Interior is issuing a public notice of its intent to create the Office of the Secretary Incident Management, Analysis and Reporting System system of records. The Incident Management, Analysis and Reporting System will provide a unified system for Department of the Interior law enforcement agencies to manage law enforcement investigations, measure performance and meet reporting requirements. The Incident Management, Analysis and Reporting System will incorporate current Department of the Interior law enforcement systems utilized by the Bureaus.
