to reduce paperwork and respondent
burden, invites the general public and
other Federal agencies to take this
opportunity to comment on proposed
information collections, as required by
the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995,
Public Law 104–13 (44 U.S.C.
3506(c)(2)(A)). Currently, the
Community Development Financial
Institutions Fund (the CDFI Fund), an

Title: Bank Enterprise Award (BEA)
Program Awardee Reporting Form.
Abstract: The purpose of the BEA
Program is to provide an incentive to
insured depository institutions to
increase their activities in the form of
loans, investments, services, and
technical assistance within distressed
communities and provide financial
assistance to certified Community
Development Financial Institutions
through grants, stock purchases, loans,
deposits, and other forms of financial
and technical assistance. Applicants
submit applications and are evaluated
in accordance with statutory and
regulatory requirements (12 CFR 1806).
Beginning in the FY 2009 funding
round, the CDFI Fund required BEA
awardees to use an amount equivalent
to the BEA Award amount for BEA
Qualified Activities, as defined in the
BEA Program regulations. Awardees
with awards over $50,000 and/or
Persistent Poverty County (PPC)
commitments are required to report to
the CDFI Fund on these Qualified
Activities.
Current Actions: There are no changes
being made to this collection.

institutions that receive a BEA Program

The Department of Veterans
Affairs (VA) published an information
collection notice in the Federal Register
on July 16, 2013 (78 FR 42593), that
contained several errors. The notice
announced that the Office of
Acquisition will submit the collection of
information titled ‘‘Veterans Affairs
Acquisition Regulation (VAAR)
Provision 852.211–74, Special Notice
(previously 852.210–74), to the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) for
review and comment. This document
corrects error in the SUPPLEMENTARY
INFORMATION section by removing
‘‘852.211–74’’ wherever it appears and
adding, in its place ‘‘852.211–71’’. Also,
we have removed ‘‘(previously 852.210–
74)’’ from the title.
