On March 25, 2013, the Piedmont
Triad Partnership, grantee of FTZ 230,
submitted a notification of proposed
production activity to the Foreign-Trade
Zones (FTZ) Board on behalf of Oracle
Flexible Packaging, Inc., within Site 28,
in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
The notification was processed in
accordance with the regulations of the
FTZ Board (15 CFR part 400), including
notice in the Federal Register inviting
public comment (78 FR 23220, 4–18–
2013). The FTZ Board has determined
that no further review of the activity is
warranted at this time. The production
activity described in the notification is
authorized, subject to the FTZ Act and
the Board’s regulations, including
Section 400.14.

Mexico (Secretariat File No. USA–MEX–
2012–1904–03) was filed by the
Complainant, GD Affiliates S. de R.L. de
C.V. Motions consenting to the
dismissal were filed by the Petitioner,
Cerro Flow Products, LLC, Wieland
Copper Products LL,C, and Mueller
Copper Tube Co., on July 1, 2013 and
the U.S. Investigating Authority, the
U.S. Department of Commerce, on July
3, 2013.

Pursuant to the Notice of
Motion requesting termination of the
panel review by a participant and
consented to by all the participants, and
pursuant to Rule 71(2) of the Rules of
Procedure for Article 1904 Binational
Panel Review, the panel review is
